This Privacy Policy explains how Clonext Cloud Computing S.L. ("Clonext", "we", "us") processes personal data through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect

• Contact requests. When you use our contact form we collect the name, work email, company, domain and message you provide.
• Technical data. Our servers and edge provider record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to operate the site.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
• To provide, maintain and secure our services — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in security.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting as data processors on our instructions:

• Google Cloud — hosting and infrastructure (EU region by default).

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the periods required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, by writing to info@clonext.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, isolated per-client databases and continuous monitoring.
